The TunnelSonics parts washers is a continuous conveyorized in-line flow Neptune Radial systems. The TunnelSonics products are is ideal for applications such as In-line continuous product cleaning of small parts from:

Where continuous product flow is preferred, the In-Line system can clean, rinse and dry at speeds up to 20 feet per minute in mild aqueous solutions.

Cleaning is achieved by passing the product through exclusive Power Sonics RADIAL 360° transducers. Cavitation levels are 10 times, or more, as great at the same power input as conventional flat type transducers. Floor space is optimized since systems are generally integrally mounted on their own bedplate, also simplifying installation.

The Mini-TunnelSonics (MTS) products line is completely integrated into a single interlocked system PLC touch screen control. Operation, though, is simplified with single button interface for the operator. Among the many optional sections that can be combined to complete your custom system are:
