Spray

Magnus, although primarily an immersion equipment manufacturer, also builds and incorporates various spray stages in their systems.  Spray action depends on impingement of the spray and solubility of the solution to provide the cleaning action.  While not as effective as a precision cleaning action, it is excellent for washing of large amounts of contaminants and overall gross cleaning.

Spray washing is also effectively used for large part or large surface applications which allow for smaller containment tanks than complete immersion may require.  Spray actions are excellent for rinse stages and inhibitor or final stage applications.

Magnus incorporates spray stages in many of our batch immersion and continuous in-line systems and may be integrated into Magnus immersion agitation systems as well as custom mono-rail or in line systems.
