Parts Baskets
A variety of sizes and styles of parts baskets to fit all of our washers are available. Baskets are constructed from stainless or carbon steel.
Coalescer
The Magnus Coalescer separates splitting oils from oil/ water or oil/cleaner solutions. NOTE: Oils which are chemically emulsified, or are soluble in water, will not be
effectively removed by coalescing.
Rinse Booth
The rinse booth keeps all rinsing operations in one section of the shop and eliminates dirty, wet floor conditions caused by moving baskets of parts from one location to another.
Automatic Cycle Timers
The digital cycle timer times the cleaning cycle and returns the load back to the up position at the end of the cycle, also available with an audio alarm or a visual alarm.
Seven Day Timers
Provides for heat to be turned on and off at predetermined times so washers are ready for operators.
Heater Guardians
A thermal cut out switch which prevents heater burn out in the event of energizing the heater when no liquid is present.
Roller Platforms
The platform surface rollers ease the transfer of baskets to adjacent stages or conveyors. The roller platforms are standard on all Miji Lif 24 washers
Fusible Link
Solvent safety feature for use with combustible solutions, the fusible link lowers the platform and closes the lid in the event of a fire.
Rotation
When cleaning bulk parts or parts with complicated features, such as threaded blind holes in multiple directions, passages, etc., rotation is available on select machines with both tumbling
and restrained parts configurations.
Powered Lid
Automatically opens and closes the lid in concert with the platform position.
Partial Tunnel
The partial tunnel provides an enclosure for the back and top of the machine to better contain the process and provide vapor control. Allows for limited manual spray or blow off.
Stainless Steel Insulation Jackets and Cylinder Guards
Unpainted stainless steel (2B industrial finish), provides increased corrosion resistance and enhances appearance.
Bag or Cartridge Filters
Removes suspended particulate matter from wash and rinse cycles.
Liquid Sweep
Powerful eductors in a sloped bottom tank force the solution through a metal chip strainer and a bag or cartridge filter.
Low Water Addition
Automatically replaces water loss through evaporation.
Special Paint
Standard equipment is available painted using a two part epoxy in Vista Green, OSHA Blue, White and Gray. Special colors and paint types are also available. Contact your Magnus
