Magna Lif
The Magnus MAGNA LIF is an immersion washing and processing system that mechanically agitates parts in a chemical solution.
Provides Dual Agitation - parts and the cleaning solution are both agitated to assure thorough cleaning.
Finger tip control - allows for a single control that raises and lowers the platform for easy loading and unloading.
Dial-A-StrokeTM Control - unique control panel changes the length of the stroke from short, medium or long at the flip of a switch, allowing complete cleaning of parts with complicated internal passages.
Virtually trouble free - engineered with an outboard guide roller. The cantilever design greatly reduces maintenance and provides for easy lubrication. Protects from possible attack of cleaning chemicals, dirt and other materials.
Cost Savings - eliminates hand scrubbing and minimizes production rejects through superior cleaning capabilities.
MAGNA LIF Additional Features:
- Aqueous or solvent cleaning

- Available in carbon steel, 304 stainless or 316 stainless steel
- Agitating platform is cantilever, supported from outside the tank. The platform moves rapidly up and down through the cleaning solution eliminating the need for guide members and rollers immersed in process solutions.
- Platform's designed for easy loading, unloading or inspection regardless of load size or weight
- Heating alternatives include gas, steam or electricity

- Fuel consumption and heat up times listed are based on heating from room temperature to 180º F. (Gas figures apply to natural gas).
- The data shown is typical and may vary with air pressure, load and part configuration. Air consumption 20 - 28 CFM (free air) with normal load on short stroke for MALH Models.
- All electric heaters used are stainless steel sheathed elements. Stainless steel heating coils for gas and steam heated models are optional.
- With roller platform, depth F is reduced 1-1/2" and width E is reduced by 2".
