Following the set-up of an automated system, a Magnus field technician reviews the installation work and performs the initial start up of the equipment at your facility.
Our technicians provide training and support for your personnel, both production and maintenance, to insure years of trouble free usage.
Even the best-made equipment, while kept professionally maintained, will eventually require repairs. When this time comes, you can be confident the necessary repairs will be handled in a timely, cost effective manner. To keep any downtime to a minimum, Magnus maintains an inventory of spare parts.
Another service available to our customers is our Preventative Maintenance Inspection Service. This service provides the necessary maintenance on our equipment to keep it running in prime condition.
