Description
An electric straight centrifugal pump is a mechanical device designed to move fluids by transferring rotational energy from one or more driven rotors, known as impellers. The pump works by creating a decrease in pressure at the eye of the impeller, drawing in more fluid, and then accelerating the fluid towards the edges of the impeller blades, creating a centrifugal force. Regular maintenance and inspection are recommended. DO NOT attempt any maintenance until all utility supplies have been disconnected and locked out.
