Description
Regular maintenance and performance monitoring is recommended. Proximity sensors should be replaced when they show signs of failure or when they are no longer functioning correctly. Some common malfunctions include: the sensor not detecting objects, sensor is not responding at all, the sensor is becoming overly sensitive to nearby objects. If the sensor requires frequent maintenance or calibration, this can indicate a need for replacement. DO NOT attempt any maintenance until all utility supplies have been disconnected and locked out.
