Industrial Immersion Heaters use direct immersion for energy efficiency and are well suited for process water applications. This heating element is equipped with an Incoloy sheath for corrosion resistance. Inconsistent heating, corrosion or scale build-up, frequent tripping, or strange noises (such as popping or hissing) may indicate a need to replace the immersion heater element.
