Description
The Cylinder Guide Roller is a wearable part that supports the smooth operation of the cylinder assembly. Inspect the guide roller for signs of wear. Make sure the roller is turning freely on the bearings. Inspect the surface of the cylinder on which the guide makes contact. Score marks indicate a need to replace the guide. Check the amount and condition of the lubricant on the cylinder guide path surface. Add or replace lubricant as needed. DO NOT attempt any lubrication or maintenance until all utility supplies have been disconnected and locked out.
